WATCHING // Younger + Manhattan Love Story. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these two shows right now. I discovered Manhattan Love Story a couple of weeks ago and I've already watched the entire first season. It's one of those shows that is so quirky, sweet and real that it hooks you immediately! Younger, on the other hand, I just started watching a couple of days ago. I've always been a big Hilary Duff fan, and once I realized that Sutton Foster was in it too I knew I was going to love it! No surprise that it's now one of my favorite shows! The story, acting and basically everything about it is spot on. P.S. These are both on HuluPLUS if you're in the mood for binge watching 4 or 27 episodes. :)
DRINKING // NOT SODA. Can I get an amen!? Well, I may be exaggerating a bit. I was averaging about 4 (!!!) sodas a day all Winter long. I mean, who does that? I've since cut out all of the fizzy goodness aside from one at lunch to give me an extra boost of sugar and caffeine to get through the rest of my day. I've swapped the other 3 out with hot tea and water!
LISTENING // The Lively Show - I've never truly understood podcasts until Nadine from East And Blog wrote this post about some of her favorites. From there, an obsession was born. The Lively Show is a podcast hosted by Jess Lively. She interviews bloggers, business owners and other creatives about their lives, both personal and professional, and it is so inspiring! I love learning people's stories and the fact that the focus is on creatives in my field makes it even better! My favorite episodes are Becky Murphy and The Miracle Morning.
CREATING // Our save the dates, scrapbooks (thanks to the Messy Box subscription boxes) and new prints for WhatThePrint!
BUYING // I'm currently looking for a new (compact) camera. I almost got one for my birthday, but the person I was going to buy it from just decided to stop responding to emails so, it looks like I'm back to square one! I really love the Nikon 1 series. They're small, but still have interchangeable lenses and similar DSLR capabilities. Don't get me wrong - I love my Canon, but I like to reserve it strictly for professional jobs. I would love to have a camera that I can keep with me for personal, everyday, out and about type photos!
READING // Blogs (and my Twitter feed) are all I really find myself reading these days. My favorites at the moment are Design For Mankind and the Darling Magazine Blog. Both of theses blogs, though completely different in the sense that one is a personal blog and one is a magazine, are totally inspiring.
