Stripes on stripes on stripes on stripes. I mean, that insanely grammatically incorrect sentence basically outlines the story of my life ... well, at least when it comes to my closet. 😉 When Old Navy reached out and wanted to team up on a post dedicated to the summer nautical trend, I was all about it! They are seriously rocking the stripes game lately which is super lucky for my fellow stripe lovers, but unlucky for me this baby in my belly kept me from being able to share my very favorite pieces! But don't worry ... I was sure to link them all at the bottom of this post for those of you without a tiny human to dress around! 😘
When I was shopping for this look at my local Old Navy, it was after a long day helping my little sister shop for her first big job ... We had been at the mall for hours searching for the perfect pieces to add to her new professional wardrobe, so I was super thankful when I came across this cozy look for myself! If there's one thing I don't miss from my days in the corporate world, it's pencil skirts and button down tops. Having pieces like these pants + this (pretty much perfect) white tee that are amazing to work from home in, perfect to pack up to take with me on a beach trip, and can be worn out and about on a regular day are more my jam. 👊
