This is one of my favorite quotes ... I think sometimes we get so caught up in the day to day, and the constant mode feeling of being "busy" that we forget that we weren't put here on this earth to work. Sure, we need paychecks to put food on the table, pay our bills, and support our families, but when you're at the end of your life looking back, what do you want to remember?
I don't know about you, but for me it's definitely not all the time I spent sitting in front of a computer screen! I wanted to pop in today and remind you (and me!) that you should never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life. This is especially true for me right now as I sit on the deck of a beachside house in Florida on vacation with my family ... Make memories, spend time with the ones you love most and do things that make your heart happy. We only have so many days, and as much as we like to think we are, no one is promised tomorrow.
