Layered Love
It's officially starting to feel like fall in Kentucky! Sean said it best when he said that once October hit it felt like someone hit a switch sending us straight into crisp + cool air ... I have all of my favorite fall candles burning, I've pulled out my blanket scarves, and after putting this outfit together, I think I'm slowly but surely starting to master the art of layering. Can we get a big FINALLY followed by an AMEN over here!?
This is my favorite time of year in general, but especially when it comes to my personal style. It's a season where you can play with different patterns and textures, which is exactly what I did with this look! Denim, flannel, leather, suede ... Everything about this outfit screams fall to me!
Well fall, and some major 90's throwback vibes, too. I felt like I was back in elementary school when I first started rocking chokers again a couple of weeks ago, but I seriously can't get enough of them now! Between that and this ex-boyfriend flannel from Madewell, I'm left in an outfit that makes me feel like I stepped right out of an episode of Boy Meets World ... Which I'm surprisingly 100% ok with.
