Hot Chocolate Cookies
A week full of snow days was definitely not what we were expecting, but their totally welcomed around here! I've never been a huge fan of the snow or the cold for the simple fact that I hate driving in it, but you know what the good news here is? I don't have to venture out in this mess if I don't want to! My husband probably ate half a dozen of these by himself, and with his picky eating, I take that as a huge representation of how awesome these things are. I made them for a Christmas Eve Cookie Swap, but they are guaranteed to be a hit pretty much wherever you take them! Here's the scoop:

I'm so excited to start sharing more about this old passion of mine around here, and would love to hear what y'all think about the introduction of this new category added to chelceytate.com!
