I had my first PSL of the season! I have been patiently waiting for these to come back around. I've had every intention in the world to wake up early every day this week to run through Starbucks on our way into work. Needless to say that my first PSL of the season was actually at six o'clock at night. I really suck at mornings. //

This extremely creepy spider has made a home outside of my co-worker's window. My mom named her Charlotte and she terrifies me. I was totally unaware that spiders of this size existed in Louisville! Apparently I'm the one who's been living under a rock. P.S. There is now a cicada stuck in the web. Gross. //

I just realized this week how long my hair actually is. I've always had pretty long locks so this shouldn't be that much of a surprise. It's amazing the things you discover when you actually wash your hair and take it out of a top knot. #noshame

Things I'm Excited About

1.

My little sister, Savannah, called me yesterday and asked if she could spend the night at our house. She is always asking to spend the night and I think a majority of the reason is so that she can hang out with Kodah. She loves how fluffy he is! We're picking her up at six tonight and we're spending our evening watching movies and playing video games. Oh, to be 12 years old again!

I signed up for the 30 day free trial of Illustrator earlier this week and I am in love! Even saying that is an understatement. Anyone want to lend me some serious cash so I can buy this for real? :)

3.

I won a $50 Etsy Gift Card from

Pinegate Road

yesterday! Earlier this year I won $100 from one of those "Secret Rewards" card things from Victoria's Secret and about lost it I was so excited. I never win anything! This year just seems to be my year. Sounds like I need to go play the lottery or something. P.S. Any suggestions of shops you love that I should spend my gift card at?

is crazy soon and I have yet to buy a dress. Master procrastinator over here. Any tips on where I can find a killer gold dress?

I have felt totally uninspired this week. I don't know if it's from the short week or the fact that we have been unbelievable busy at my day job. All I know is that I'm definitely not a fan of it! This weekend is going to be dedicated to getting back into the swing of things.

3.

I went to Target three times this week and every single time I walked through every isle. Does anyone else stalk to stationary section? I'm obsessed!
